Patrick Stiles is a Registered Massage Therapist since 2007, helping clients manage muscular
tension, improve mobility, and feel their best. Born and raised in Guelph, Ontario, Patrick takes a
personalized, hands-on approach to massage therapy, recognizing that every client has different
needs, goals, and physical demands.
Over the course of his career, Patrick has worked with clients experiencing a wide range of
muscular issues, movement restrictions, and activity-related discomfort. Career highlights
include two seasons with the Guelph Storm, and two seasons with Gryphon Football. Since 2015
he has travelled with Wrestling Canada, having worked with many Olympians. He has also been
the on-set RMT for some of Canada’s best dancers on the hit show: The Next Step. His practice
focuses on helping active individuals, athletes, bodybuilders, etc to address the physical demands

Born and raised in Guelph, I returned home after completing my physiotherapy education and have spent the past several years helping individuals of all ages recover from injury, manage pain, and improve their overall physical function.
